You have traced your ancestors using the common records such as Birth, deaths and marriages lists and the censuses. But wouldn’t it be nice to add some colour to your ancestor’s life?

 

 Church Photographs

 

I provide a range of services to enhance your understanding of your ancestor’s lives.

 

  • Photographs of the church or chapel where relatives were married, baptised or buried.
  • Search and photograph (with transcriptions) of gravestones.
  • Photograph of house where your relatives have lived, history of buildings can be traced.(see building history page)
  • Search of newspapers for any relevant details, funeral notices, obituaries, inquest reports, court appearances etc.
  • Details of businesses that your relatives have worked for.

 

I can also also do parish register searches in local record offices for those who can not easily visit them.
